Some more interesting stuff today.
I can't import my subscriptions.xml, it fails with a dialog that says:
"Error importing FeedReader configuration: could not find a part of the path "c:\documents and settings\blah blah".
My subscriptions.xml is where the error dialog says it is.
Any idea what's going on? Could I point Syndirella to a different path for subscriptions.xml?
Great tool otherwise, looking forward to ditching FeedReader!
Posted by: Cedric on January 24, 2003 10:46 AMany chance for adding toher external browser support? :)
Using the one, which is set as default in windows-config would be not so bad idea :)
Posted by: Indeyets on January 24, 2003 10:54 AMAlso a great thing would be that you could costumize how long to view a entrie before the unread bold type is removed.
Sometimes you don't won't to read a entrie and just set it read.
Posted by: Mattias Ahlström on January 24, 2003 01:27 PMOne other thing is that I use the Syndirella app both at home and at work so I would like to syncronize my subscriptions and entries at home with those at work.
Therefor the prevoius post about customize "time until not new".
But I rather be able to syncronize the one at home instead :-)
Syndirella takes a while to figure out that a given tag isn't valid (in this (http://www.kryogenix.org/) case, because the URL wasn't absolute), maybe something could be done about this?
Posted by: Aquarion on January 24, 2003 07:18 PMNot being able to import the feedreader feeds, it is looks for :
E:\Documents and Settings\ME\Application Data\FeedReader\subscriptions.xml
on my system they are located at:
E:\Documents and Settings\ME\My Documents\Feedreader\subscriptions.xml
Hope this helps
